Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note: We are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We do not ship to Post Office boxes (P.O. Box). We apologize for any inconvenience.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duty fees and taxes. It is the responsibility of the consumer (customer who places the order) to pay those fees if applicable. We recommend you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees may be significant and we are unable to calculate the fees for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Lost and stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
